Fish dish: Deep-fried cherry salmon with herb breadcrumbs and homemade tartar sauce.

Meat dish: Chicken thigh and spring vegetables with salt sauce, served on a ceramic plate.

Rice: 16 grain rice (free refills)

Soup: Clear soup with grated kelp and Japanese ginger (refills available)
